Credit card payments are processed through our secure online merchant banking system and card details are kept in the strictest of confidence and not held on file.

Electronic Payment: Electronic payments through this site are highly secure. Your credit card details are encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the purchase details being intercepted. Credit card details are not divulged to the store owner, and are only seen by the payment processing network.
Currencies: Conversion rates are taken daily from the US stock exchange. These rates are intended as an indication of the conversion rate only, and may be billed at the rate current at the time of the transaction. New Zealand customers please note that the prices displayed in New Zealand dollars are exclusive of GST. GST is automatically added to your order when you proceed to check out.
Customs: For others other than personal gift use, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from our store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Privacy: We want to make your shopping experience as safe, satisfying, convenient and pleasurable as possible. We take your privacy very seriously. The information which we receive from you is used to process orders and to provide you with a more personalised shopping experience. This means that your information will not be sold or otherwise divulged to third parties without your prior consent. You have certain rights to access information about yourself and if necessary to ask for it to be corrected.
Delivery of Goods: Li'l Letters Online has carefully selected reliable shipping companies to deliver our goods. We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives safely to your door, or postal delivery address, via the shipping method selected by you when you place your order. Your order will be securely wrapped and sealed to international delivery standards prior to it being despatched by us.
If for some reason your order does not arrive within the time-frame specified by the shipping method you selected, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do what we can to track your parcel, however once the order is in the hands of the shipping company, Li'l Letters Online cannot be held liable for the loss of goods in transit.
Return of Goods: We have full confidence in the shipping companies and options we provide, however if per chance you receive your goods and find that they have been damaged in transit, please Contact Us immediately and no later than 48 hours from the time the package arrives. We will provide you with a return/exchange authorisation number and address details for the return of the goods. Goods are to be returned at your expense and in their original packaging (See Note: 1). Please be sure to send with the returned goods: (i) a written explanation of the damage observed on their arrival, (ii) a copy of your order confirmation, (iii) your order number, (iv) the date your order arrived, (v) the name of the delivery company involved, and (vi) your return/exchange authorisation number. Once we have received the returned goods we will ship replacement items to you free of charge.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange, with the exception of customised goods which are non-returnable (See Note: 1 & 2). You must first Contact Us for a return/exchange authorisation number. Credit will not be provided without the issued return/exchange authorisation number. Goods are to be returned at your expense and in their original packaging. Please be sure to send with the returned goods: (i) a copy of your order confirmation, (ii) your order number, (iii) the date your order arrived, and (iv) your return/exchange authorisation number.
Note: 1. Return or exchange of any goods where sealed bags have been opened (except for damage during transit) will not be accepted. Any goods returned to us in opened bags will be returned to you by surface mail at your expense.
Note: 2. We can only provide credit for those items that arrive back at our office within 6 weeks from the date you receive your return/exchange authorisation number. It is strongly recommended that you mail your returns with some form of insurance and tracking service, or obtain a free receipt of postage from your Post Office as proof of postage. We are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit to us.
